Deposited $1800 to buy two coins. One coin I put $1200 in and i seen on my charts it was going up in price the past 3 days so I come onto this exchange and the price is frozen and I’ve made no money. 2nd coin I put $600 in and it instantly went up 110% in price…at first I was ecstatic but then checked other exchanges and trading view and realized the price hasn’t really moved but on the Biconomy app it’s up 110% and it didn’t move from that price which is weird. I got sketched out and sold my holdings…it instantly went down a substantial amount the moment I sold which didn’t reflect on any other exchanges or chart. So my $600 went to $370 in a manner of minutes due to what seems like a glitch on the app. So I withdrew all my money out and put it on a different exchange. So my take is, the app has potential but is extremely glitchy and can cost you money so beware of that. I’m only giving it 2 stars because I was able to withdraw my money just fine. Otherwise I’d give it 1 star.

I use Biconomy for all my $DAG and $DOR purchases. At one point I accidentally sent $DAG to my $DOR address and thought the funds were gone forever. Even though both tokens are on the Constellation Network, the addresses are not the same. Normally in crypto if you send assets to the wrong address they are lost for good. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly, asking for details and proof of ownership. Within 48 hours my funds were safely returned to the correct address. The experience was impressive and I highly recommend their service to anyone. If you are considering buying crypto through them, go ahead with confidence, you will not regret it.
