Mention la is a platform for user to share the creations about the 2019 Hong Kong protests, which also known as the Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill (Anti-ELAB) movement and the Water Revolution. Mention la 's mission is to spread out the creations among Hong Kong or even worldwide effectively. The naming of "Mention la" is based on the cantonese pronunciation of "文(Man) 宣(Suen) 喇(la)" . "文宣" is propaganda; "喇" is a cantonese intonation which is used to express something are important and in hurry. Therefore, "文宣喇" means "Go To Do Propaganda Right Now!!".
