I have nothing but great things to say about the SOS digital studio! I belonged to OTF for a few years and was starting to get bored with their workouts and also noticed my body plateauing. I had done random SOS classes in the past but nothing consistent. When I knew I needed a change I signed up for the free month trial when the pandemic madness started and haven’t stopped since. I love the variety of workouts the the app features, the instructors and their energy, and SOS’s compassion for helping their clients look and feel their best. I have noticed such a difference in my body (thank you high and tight!) that I would’ve never gotten at my previous gym and truly feel a sense of community at a time we all need it most. I’m loving the new videos they put out weekly, especially their live ones and I can’t wait to come in for a real class soon! Thank you, SOS!!

These are the best workouts you will find and the price is unbeatable. There is new content five days a week with a variety of strength, cardio, yoga, and recovery. The classes are creative and keep you engaged. You can find a class for whatever you want to target, or you can just check out the new content if you don’t have a specific target in mind.The instructors are so encouraging and push you with positivity to work hard. The classes are challenging, but different levels are always offered to modify. There is an optional comment section for each class and the instructors always respond to comments, making it feel like you know them, even if you’ve never met in person. The platform is easy to use with no glitches. Highly recommend!!!

I have tried various online fitness apps to help get me through quarantine, and System of Strength is by far the best. The hour strength, cardio and mix classes have the intensity I was looking for and not finding with other apps. The 20 minute challenges are incredibly efficient to tag on to a run or bike ride and I love that they don’t waste any time, so you get a full 20 minutes and not a bunch of talk about the upcoming exercises. It’s helpful that they have “no equipment” classes and tell you exactly what you’ll need if some equipment is required. This app has helped me through quarantine and has me questioning if I’ll return to my regular gym classes when they reopen.

Love SS and love the digital studio concept. My GF got me into going to SS before COVID and once we were stuck at home and no gyms, she always used the digital studio. I signed up and while I do not use it as much as she does, I love it!There is something for everyone at every level. You want to be pushed hard? There’s something. You want to do a quick workout to get something in a pinch? There’s something. Love the instructors, their personalities and the content. Very well organized and well worth the annual cost. Would highly recommend to anyone at any level of fitness.
