I truly love the 33m2 app! It makes renting in Korea as a foreigner so much easier and less stressful. The listings are easy to understand, the rental process is simple, and the best part is that you don't need a huge deposit like you normally would with traditional Korean housing. It has been such a helpful and convenient option for me, and I would absolutely recommend it to other foreigners looking for flexible housing in Korea!
Good app, flawed process

This app has some great rental units and is filling a dire need for folks needing of a kitchen and are looking for longer term rentals than air bnb and shorter term rentals than a lease. I’ve used it a few times now and it works great, but the biggest issue I’ve found is that even though it says you’re staying someplace for a “week” it’s actually only 6 DAYS. eg. Check in might be on Friday afternoon but checkout will be scheduled for Thursday morning. This is not a full week.That last day maybe is for turning over the property, but a whole day out of a week is significant! If you lease something for 4 weeks it’s 27 days, so the impact is less, but they should really consider a system that allows for that extra day to be blocked in the schedule AFTER the 7th (14th, 28th etc) day. We’re already paying for the cleaning, so maybe the app should consider an alternative to taking a day off the lease.

We had a great stay in Cheongpadong! The place was very well furnished with super cute furniture, and all the accommodations and supplies we needed were well provided for. . The location is awesome too since the bus stop and subway station are both super accessible and nearby. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone staying in seoul!
