brave on
Sorry to say so, but the new update is not working. App won’t open

Developer Response
Hi brave on, thank you for your patience and for the kind rating despite the issue. The problem only affects iPhones running iOS 27, and our team is already working on a fix that we'll release as soon as possible. Until then, please use our web portal or the on-site kiosk to create your pickups and drop-offs. We appreciate your support. — The SprintPass Team

Why is the app not working? I have had a problem accessing the app to input the information required during pre-check in for the past week. Is there anything be done to address the issue?

Why no one has fixed this issue with the new update. You click on the app and it just closes any new updates to fix the issue. Someone do something or let us know what’s going on.

It would be nice to be able to have an option to cancel a pick up or delivery ourselves. I checked in in one airline at 9am and it was stuck in the same screen for days. Sometimes the airline won’t refresh their system for hours or days.

Developer Response
Good afternoon, I am sorry you had trouble cancelling your pickup/ delivery. It is possible for you to cancel a pickup/delivery after you have checked in via the phone app. On the top of the screen within the app, you will find a button titled "Cancel" with a small trash can icon. That will allow you to cancel your pickup/delivery. If you have any other issues, please reach out to us at mikeo@cargosprint.com for further help. I hope you can start enjoying pickups/deliveries from your favorite facilities soon with the help of our app! Thank you.
