Please note, this app is exclusively for use by customers of Southgate Salary Packaging Services who have an active account with us, where your salary package includes the Southgate Everyday Purchases Card and/or the Southgate Meal & Accommodation Card.
All other fringe benefit types will continue to be reported via your Online Employee Portal, accessible via our website www.southgatesalpack.com.au.
HOW DO I LOGIN?
Login to the Southgate Wallet App using the same Username and Password that is used to access your salary packaging account via the Online Employee Portal on Southgate’s website. Both username and password are case sensitive.
If you have forgotten your password, please follow the prompts on the login page of the Online Employee Portal via our website www.southgatesalpack.com.au. This will also reset your password for access to the Southgate Wallet App.
