Loving the fact you get to earn ALL these bitcoins, however, and besides the fact I LOVE walking around. I am earn AO much. I just have an issue of in how to or where do I get to cash out my bitcoins? Because I tried a couple times and when I did, it declined about 3 to 4 times already. I can say, it’s just building up more and more day after day. But, I would eventually like to cash out some day. Not ALL of it. Just some. Please give me a little advise on that if you would. I appreciate that.

Can't withdraw

This app uses some non-standard method for sending sats that requires you to "create an invoice" in your wallet app (what??) and then return to the sMiles app, which gives you no way of conveying the "invoice" to the app...either that, or you have to use the "default wallet", which cannot be determined by you, but is Cash app...which also offers no way to receive BTC or any part thereof without buying it or direct depositing it, presumably from a bank account; either way, neither app simply gives you a wallet address to or from which to receive or send BTC. So there appears to be no way to withdraw your miniscule earnings (that amount to a fraction of a penny and are therefore essentially worthless anyway).

And then once you figure all of this out and choose to delete your sMiles account, you are never sent the confirmation email that is required in order to close your account.

The app was fun to use, but it turns out there's no point in using it, so it's just a waste of time.

“Buggy” and not really worth it

Been using this app daily for about a month and today is probably the last day. The app supposedly rewards you with sats for steps, which would be great if it actually synced with fitness trackers that accurately track your activity, but alas it relies on the phone or Health app for your step data. If you don’t hit 10k steps you get 1-2 sats for the day.

There is a wheel you can spin every 12 hours (if you remember) but the vast majority of the time it gives you 0 sats. Feels rigged. Then today I actually landed on a slice that says 1000 sats and was instantly disappointed to see I was only rewarded 1 sat. I messaged their social media team to see if I could get some help rectifying the error (with screenshots) and they told me it’s a bug but no fix cause they’re working on it. Needless to say, its been a terrible experience and there are other apps out there that are far more rewarding and reliable. Wouldn’t recommend you download the disappointment with this one.

We appreciate your feedback! Indeed, we incentivize our users to do more steps, to get more sats. Occasionally we run promotions with added steps rewards. We do have an Apple Watch app, which syncs with sMiles through the Health app. Please try it out. The current cap is set at 21 sats / day.

The fortune wheel will get significant improvements over the next updates. We apologize for the glitch we had during a couple hours while updating our server.
