I joined the BMS studio after participating in Allie’s Revive Your Dreams Challenge back in 2020 and following the Journey Junkie of You Tube, and I have loved every minute of it! Allie is a fabulous teacher, full of knowledge and authenticity, and the community she and the team has built is a safe, supportive and beautiful place to learn, grow and thrive. The library of courses, classes, and various guest teachers is extensive, you can literally find anything you need for the day, week, or season you’re in. There is so much built in to this studio with all of the shared knowledge, experience, information, philosophy, and more! There are just so many advantages to joining and I never want to leave! I think what I love the most is that the studio evolves, changes and grows right with you, and Allie and the team really do love, value, and appreciates their community members; its just like a family! The studio has been there for me through all types of seasons, storms and sunshiny days, and just all the stuff of life and I wouldn’t be the same without it. I highly recommend joining; from novice to advanced, you won’t be disappointed in the content, support and experiences offered within! Thank you Allie, for all you do and share!

The Body Mind Soul Studio is a key to connection. Back in 2021, after the world forever changed & in more ways than one, I was looking for a way to connect, mostly with myself and my purpose. This is when I found the path to yoga. Since in person yoga was difficult to attend, I began looking for another option. When I found Allie and the BMS Studio, I knew that I had found my yoga home. Having a library of classes to choose from and FB group to connect with others is such a valuable resource. I found endless content, personal connection, valuable knowledge, comfort and care. I found my yoga family! And having the opportunity to meet and transform with members in person at a BMS retreat was one of the most amazing times of my life. I have grown and learned so much about myself and yoga and I would not be where I am today without the guidance and personal connection of this studio family! They say when you are ready, the teacher will find you! If you’re reading this, you are found!!

I cannot recommend Allie’s studio highly enough - it changed the way I view and take care of my body and my self, taught me to respond rather than react to life’s ups and downs, and supported me on a path of self (re)discovery. The BMS studio is a truly magical home for people seeking to improve and integrate their physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Whether you are just becoming curious about holistic yoga or have been practicing for a long time, you will find a wealth of invaluable information including thoughtfully sequenced and masterfully delivered asana videos, pranayama and meditation guides, and courses to help improve your personal well-being. Each of Allie’s (and guest instructors’) videos is a perfectly balanced and themed blend of yogic teachings, clearly cued postures, breathing techniques, and inspiring affirmations that I have been taking off the mat to help me stay balanced, aligned, and grounded. I have been a member for close to three years, and look forward to many more years of journeying alongside Allie.

Joining the BMS studio has been life changing since I joined back in 2020. Allie has created an amazing studio family that will support you on and off the mat wherever life takes you. The app is perfect for having yoga with you wherever you have your phone. Being in the studio provides a framework and guide to better your emotional, mental and physical well-being, just as it did for me. I’ve learned how to better adapt to change, visualize my goals and connect my body to my breath. My favorite takeaway is embodying imperfect action in every facet of my life. Allie and the studio have supported me through my career change (for the better!) attending my first yoga retreat with her and strengthen my marriage as well as my mental health through various medical issues. I’m proud to be apart of this studio and cannot wait to continue to see what else Allie offers her students in the studio. ❤️
