Add reset screen

There should be a screen where nothing is measured after resetting. I thought tapping it once after a few seconds would reset it and then i could start whenever i wanted to since it goes to 0, but apparently that first tap counts towards the average bpm. After you can reset, the next tap should show a screen that says “Reset”, so you know you can start whenever. Also, it would be beneficial for the number to change color or for a different indicator when you can reset it, otherwise i just have to guess if it’s going to continue calculating the average with my next tap or if it will start a new average.
