YouDo is a task management application, but different from the others.
Using YouDo, you send jobs/tasks to colleagues. They receive them, they store them, they can schedule them, they work on them and show progress.
You can see progress, without bothering them. If you need an update, using one-touch, you let them know.
Flexible checklists, voice messages and images can be attached.
There are specialised forms built-in for Sales Leads, Meetings, Purchase Orders (with approvals) and Helpdesk requests. The Business version brings translation and the ability to use on a computer in addition to a smartphone.
YouDo is simple and intuitive to use. You can start benefitting from it within minutes of instaling.
