I am a store owner that has been waiting 2 months for support to help fix the issue with the TotilPay register app crashing after installing it to my iPad. I have purchased multiple iPads thinking the issue was from my device, but after going through many phone calls they determined that the issue is coming from their software. The app only crashes after connecting any printer (mpop or woosim), yes I bought both and attempted to use them. The lack of response from the support team is unacceptable, 2 months now and still nothing. I do not recommend anyone that is coming to this company new since their receipt printers will only make your app to crash. If I could I would rate this 0 stars!
