PPG Flyer is a navigation tool for Powered Paragliding for your iPhone. It displays your current location on a map with other vital information such as altitude, ground speed, and course. PPG Flyer has a powerful navigation feature that directs you back to your launch point or to waypoints you can set prior to your flight. This app also include a complete flight log system that records all of your flights and even lets you play them back. PPG Flyer also includes a Watch OS app for your Apple Watch that can work in conjunction with the iPhone app or as a standalone app to give you vital information while you are flying. Features: - Complete display of data including altitude, ground speed, course, flight duration, climb rate, and course back to launch point or waypoints. - Advanced route planning with selection of multiple waypoints. - Automatic logging of all flights with ability to playback flights. - Export flights in GPX format. - Automatically will show all pictures taken during your flight with geotagging. - Watch OS app that can work independently or in conjunction with the iOS app. - Works in the background and tracks your flight even when the app is not active. - Works in both portrait or landscape. - Video tutorial.

It’s an excellent app and all functionality actually works. One feature I wish it had was the ability to manually add a flight to the log book. There have been several times I’ve forgotten to hit the start before launch and not noticed until after landing. Having a manual entry option would allow me to accurately account for my flight numbers and approximate flight times. All in all this is a solid app and I love using it.

Really love this app. The only thing that really don’t work for me was the app in the Apple Watch. Not because the app. I’m trying everything to keep the app always on. But the watch always goes to sleep mode, If I want to wake up my watch have to release my riser to could get my watch in front of me to could wake up the watch. Maybe this is not directly an app functionality, but should be good if maybe with a shake could wake up.Thanks to much!!

This is an amazing free app to record flights, I’m amazed that you can also export GPX file for free given that the others gps app would charge for that functionality.The only thing that doesn’t work well is on Apple Watch. 1. If I click stop flight on my watch, the flight record will be lost and no where to be found in the flight log. 2. If I manual start a flight using my watch, the flight won’t be recorded even if I click stop on iPhone afterwards.I figured the only way to work for now is to let it automatically start and click stop button on iPhone. I would really appreciate it if I can also click stop on my watch and allow the flight to be recorded. Overall great app, and thank you for putting all the effort in making it!

Can you please make this app able to export the flights and info into a GPX or IGC file so we can use upload them to websites like Ayvri. This app is so much better than the rest because of its simplicity and watch functionality. This is the only thing missing. Please make it a paid feature. Thank you so much for making this
