Inside El Meu Clínic, you can access:
- Visits. View all your scheduled visits: face-to-face, telephone or video visits.
- Video visits. Access to your video visits through the list of scheduled visits.
- Healthcare questionnaires. Access and answer your healthcare questionnaires prescribed by your healthcare professional.
- Library. Check your documents of interest adapted to your healthcare needs.
- Medication plan. Get the treatment prescribed by your doctor and your current medication plan.
- Care reports. Access your hospital and emergency discharge reports, as well as your diagnostic test reports.
