Block 9 turns a simple nine-by-nine grid into a puzzle you'll want to keep coming back to. Place colourful shapes, complete rows, columns or 3-by-3 squares, and make room for your next move. Chain your clears and see how far you can push your personal best.
MAKE EVERY MOVE COUNT
Drag a piece onto the board and tap to rotate it. Placement previews show what you'll clear and the points you could earn, helping you find that satisfying fit. Undo a move or refresh your pieces when you need a fresh approach.
PLAY YOUR WAY
Prefer tapping to dragging? Turn on tap-to-place controls to select a piece, preview a position and confirm your move. VoiceOver support describes pieces, board cells and controls, while Reduce Motion keeps animation more restrained.
A FRESH LOOK, DAY OR NIGHT
Glossy tiles, smooth drops and responsive feedback bring the board to life. Automatic light and dark appearances follow your device, with matching app icon variants.
FIND YOUR SOUNDTRACK
Play to an upbeat electronic soundtrack. Pick a track, skip to the next or shuffle the selection. Adjust music and effects to suit you, or let your own music and podcasts take the lead.
MAKE IT A PERSONAL BEST
See your moves, clears, combos and streaks in the end-of-game summary, then share a score card. Connect to Game Center for the leaderboard and achievements, or enjoy the puzzle offline and keep chasing your own best.
