I accidentally clicked on a $80.00 add on for this ridiculous game. Tried to close and it read my fingerprint. Contacted Apple immediately and they refused to refund me, just told me to contact the developer. I’m still waiting for a response! Looks like I’m out $80 on this game.

Sorry for the inconvenience but only apple can give refunds for App Store products. Follow these steps to get your refund.Sign into iTunes on a desktop or laptop machineChoose iTunes storeSelect Account from the sidebar once you are in the store section of iTunesScroll down to the "Purchase History" sectionChoose the "See All" option on the rightFind the transaction in the listLocate the tiny itty bitty circle arrow at the left of the transaction informationClick the "Report a Problem" buttonThe button will disappear and a link will appear that says "Report a Problem" next to the price. Choose the appropriate link.This will load an external webpage and ask you for your Apple ID and passwordThis should take you to a page with more "Report a Problem" buttonsSelect the app you are having an issue with and choose the proper case from the drop down menu. Fill out the message explaining your issue and express you would like a refund.Hit submit and Apple will review and keep you posted about your refund.
