USA Support Failure

For USA residents, all should be advised to look at other health app platforms.While the app and watch work well when sync’ed, any USA user is on limited time for this to last. The company/app developer has a bug in their app. When users on the iOS platform are required/decide to upgrade the app, they are told to unpair the device for the duration of the app upgrade, then re-pair after the update. Unfortunate for users under that platform umbrella, the app then fails to recognize the watch/pedometer/device when trying to re-pair with an iPhone and the NoiseFit app.No customer support from the app developer has been provided on this case.

Works well but WhatsApp calls are not notified . Sync happens only when app is open

Good app but I am missing to get my WhatsApp calls notification on the watch . All settings on iPhone are enabled to allow them but still nothing . Also data is synced to apple health only once Noise app is opened manually . This is case even when the Apple health is connected in Noise app . Let me know if this can be fixed

I like this watch, but if you can add more flexibility in creating custom Watch Faces, such as letting us choose where to place the time and fonts type (only 3 options are there ), and also allowing more elements to be added to the watch face ( like adding steps counter and etc…)Overall; great watch and good services , thanks :)
