That’s weird! I had a 30 day monthly subscription which is twice more then if you would get annual option. But I was confused to see that they charged me again for their service without even asking me if I’d like to continue. Definitely no, because I experienced an issue with their customer service which is absolutely not prepared to professionally deal with customers. I’m sure they not give money back and just ignore all messages. Had to call to my bank and report a FRAUD! Good idea, but the app is still in the process. They support team does not solve any technical issues and literally you should contact directly to the CEO to solve problems. For example after each workout you have to click button “done”. If you forget or don’t do it, you’ll have the same workout next time which is crazy I think. Moreover you won’t be able to do accomplished workout, so it literally means if you accidentally press button “done” before you finished your workout, you won’t have access to that till next time. When you try to contact to technical team they only try to kick off you with your issues. I don’t think it’s ready for common use especially in the US. And founders should really increase their attention to customers feedback and definitely their customer team should change attitude and become more helpful and professional.

I’m really excited about the idea - combination of exercises, nutrition, sleep quality, etc., and Elina is a great example to show that this program is effective. However, the app requires a bit more work - i had difficulties with sound (no sound for videos), inability to update my body parameters. So I’ll unsubscribe for now, but will definitely look forward to using this when the app matures a bit, good luck to you guys! :)Update: I have been using the app for a few months now and love the results. Got my neighbors join, as well, since they really like how fit i look. Now I have a couple of requests/questions, which would help me make a decision to sign up for a year:1) to add a capability to play my own music. I work out almost every day and the songs are getting a bit old2) are there plans to update or reshuffle the exercise sets? I don’t think i’ve done a new exercise in a long time, and i learned the routines pretty well by now. They are still effective, but the lack of novelty is not motivating.Appreciation your time and consideration!

I use this app already for 3 and a half years, I like it so much! It’s incomparable to other apps. It’s have everything what you need: very easy and tasty recipes of healthy meals (every day is new🤩), different types of exercises that really works perfectly (whatever you like, from dance to fitness, I like stretching and short exercises✨), fixing of your goals (water/steps/exercises/food), especially I like meditation in this app, it is the best then anywhere else, this really works very good, even with fact that I christian🙏🏼

Only this app taught me to work out on my own! Simply the best!!!
