Congratulations! You have made exactly the right decision. Welcome to Fitness First. With our app, we want to accompany you on your journey and support you in achieving your personal goals.
Access to the Fitness First app is linked to your Fitness First membership. To log in to the app, you must use exactly the same email address that is stored in your membership details. This is the only way to log in correctly.
As a rule, you will automatically receive your app access once you have become a Fitness First member.

Ratings and Reviews
A fantastic app, needs a bit more development to compete with other fitness tracking apps
Overall, I really like using this app during and after my workouts, and the ability to connect to other third-party apps is a huge benefit. One app which would be great to connect to is Strong, so that values for individual exercises can be incorporated in the updated BioAge function — as it is, I currently have to keep those manually updated, which is a bit tedious. Adding an option to include weight training or cardio goals for individual exercises would be helpful for tracking progress.
The Apple Watch app is nice, but since it cannot connect to the LifeFitness equipment at my club, it feels a bit unnecessary when the default workouts app on iPhone can do the same task but tracks BPM at a finer level. Additionally, the lack of a rest timer between reps makes the Apple Watch app unusable for me, so including that feature would definitely be a reason to use the Apple Watch app during strength training sets.

Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach zu navigieren.
Das einzige, was noch verbessert werden muss, ist dass man sein Kind gleichzeitig für den KidsClub und sich selber für eine Klasse anmelden kann. Das stört, dass man das nicht kann.
Ansonsten ist alles top!
App has become useless
