I downloaded Livvie today, and my first impression is that it provides useful functionality but would benefit significantly from a more thoughtful user experience. The features I’ve used work as expected, and I appreciate the convenience of managing resident needs through an app.As both an iPhone user and a software developer, though, I found the interface frustrating to use. The navigation, controls, and interactions often feel disconnected from the familiar conventions of iOS. It feels more like a website inside an app than an experience designed for the device. That’s an observation about how it feels to use, rather than an assumption about how it was built. The lack of a layout adapted for iPad also feels like a missed opportunity.Following Apple’s interface guidelines more closely—with familiar system controls, predictable navigation, and layouts suited to each screen size—would make everyday tasks feel easier and more natural. For something residents may use frequently, those details have a meaningful effect on the overall experience.There’s also exciting potential beyond improving the interface. Imagine asking Siri, “Do I have any packages?” or “Register a guest for me,” with the app guiding you through any necessary details and confirmation. Integrations like these could make Livvie a much more convenient part of residents’ daily lives.I’m sharing this because I see real value in the product and considerable room for it to grow. Investing in a polished, native iOS experience could build on the functionality already there, improve customer satisfaction, and give Livvie a compelling advantage over competing resident apps.

This App is a nightmare, doesn’t work. Try many different approach, but still don’t work. Now I reloaded the App because the time was wrong and nothing that I can see. Open the App and spinning without doing nothing.

This release includes a few updates and fixes. - Package details no longer show resident self-service delivery confirmation. - Fixed an issue where the community bulletin and notice feed could keep spinning after page 2. - Improved how file links are handled in the app. - Added a safer confirmation step for developer settings.
