AskAway is a community chat platform that empowers regular people to connect with prominent people, professionals, industry leaders, and experts/influencers for on-demand advice, questions and answers, or just interesting conversation.
Experts who are qualified and willing to offer meaningful advice are incentivized to do so by a feature called "Star Mode". With star mode, experts can charge a fee for engaging in the chat. This fee is a fixed amount of in-app currency per message received by asking user. For example, a lawyer can answer legal questions in a text based chat with a client and charge per message for the consult.
AskAway's primary features are:
- One on one chats and engaging conversations with experts all over the globe

- A great discovery section that allows our users to browse various experts' profiles and initiate chat with them

A lot of great updates - simplified navigation, added posts on topics, improved profile design, allowed ability to mute notifications, various bug fixes related to posts, allow the unlocking of posts without having to buy stars, improved followers/following workflows and many other small bug fixes.
