This is such a sick app! It’s like a mood diary. It asks you questions about your life and then tells you how you’re doing emotionally. I record weekly sessions and then my therapist can track how I’m doing. I look forward to doing these sessions.

So I downloaded this app because my therapist wants to track my moods. You talk about how your life is going and then the app can see if you’re depressed or not. It is pretty rad!
