So it’s been two days I downloaded tha app made a profile took me 15 mins they asked all sort of questions so I thought it must be better then others and real and at the end the asked me the time to verify me by asking me the time and date to get a call from them which amazed me !! So far it seemed awesome!! So I went to browse the app and to my surprise they were hardly 20 profiles and I get 5 likes after that I need to verify my account and it said I need to pay 5000 which is a lot since they don’t have active users there … So just now today I received a call from them Sone guy name Abbas called me to verify I asked them some questions about my concerns that And he failed to answers any of my question only kept asking me about the money and promising me that once I get verified I’ll have more profiles to browse through and I’ll have more excess but in reality that was not a verification call it was from a customer calls center to ask for subscriptions fee which I told him that there is a big difference you guys using two different words to scam people it’s totally change u promising the moon to me and u don’t even have anything just some 20 people like me who made the profile or maybe it’s themselves who knows but be aware I refused to pay a subscription fee which they called verification fee cause it’s a lie

I would like to highlight the fact that this app is scam as I have been using the app for more than 2 months now and I’ve been paid 3 of the matchmakers on the app and they take the money and runaway. What they do is lure you with some random pictures and profiles of the people and tell you they are interested to move forward with your profile. The same moment they ask for a registration fee to connect you with the families. The moment you pay the fee they don’t respond to your msgs and you keep on waiting. The money is gone and you cannot do anything about it as this app doesn’t monitor this stuff.It would not recommend this scam app to anybody. Stay away of scams.

1st this app is pathetic they will have all the access you can not change it all , with Gold they will only show you 20 profile which most of them are random and fake , where they say unlimited in Ads , they just do marketing nothing else and you have to call them everyday to ask them please update its been 24hrs and then they will update system and again it will show you irrelevant profile , when you ask for refund their is no refund at all , there is no video review option I would love to make a screen recording and put this as a review so everyone will get to know .

It does not work as advertised for me as a paid customer. Their email support is unresponsive despite sending several messages to them. To get help, you must make an international call to their helpline. Every time you call, they give the same answer and fix the issue for that day only. The issue has been escalated to their backend technical support for weeks with no response. It's a total waste of money and time!
