Product scanning: Product scanning allows you to quickly and automatically add items to your shopping list. Gift Cards: Sign in with an existing Rewards Club account or sign up for a new account and send a request for allocation of member specific gift card. This gift card be used for redemption at check out for Food, Groceries and Chat Cafe. Gift card can also be added to the Wallet for ease of use. No login and reset password not working

This app is a piece of junk. For years, I’ve tried to get a password reset link sent to the email that the app recognizes but no email is received. The store refuses to recognize points that you’re accumulated unless you show it on the app and I’ve called numerous times for help and also talked to people in the store numerous times and no one knows how to fix this. I was able to login and order online on the browser during the pandemic but that same login credentials does not work for the app!

I am an existing subscriber of the KC India Mart web store and Whenever I am trying to login through same credential it is not allowing me access even when I am trying to click on forgot password no email sent and not able to reset password through app.
