I have been trying to open new investment and also top up others till date it won’t allow me. What is going on with the app. It won’t even show you the tenure if you try to open a new investment. Please get it fixed.

I love your services but why can’t we make transactions on the weekends? And why can’t we buy Airtime using the App? More often than I’d like, I will transfer money from my mobile money to my Cal Bank account and the money will up 24or 48hours to show which is very frustrating and I can’t seem to understand why we can’t transfer money from the Cal Bank app to a TELECEL Number! Why why why? Don’t you innovate? Now my money is being held by Cal Bank since yesternight I wonder if I should simply stop using Cal bank because you’re making my life miserable

Unable to successfully launch app on iOS

Hello Support, since 1st Nov 2021, I've been unable to open the app on my iPhone. Keeps closing once you click open the app. Is there an issue with the app? When can we expect an update rollout??
