Improvements to Smart lists - Questions using "Copy previous answer" can now be completed automatically without manual confirmation, allowing you to finish forms faster. - Added a setting per question to choose whether a copied answer requires manual confirmation or can be skipped.

New - Search fields now display a full list of available tasks immediately upon clicking, making it easier to find tasks without knowing their exact names. Improvements - Active filters are now synchronized between Statistics and Tasks, ensuring the data matches when navigating between these views.

New - Added a free-text search filter to the statistics view, allowing you to quickly find specific tasks by name. Found in the filter drawer. - Introduced a search dropdown that suggests matching task names as you type. - Updated the leaderboard to rank by board or store rather than individual users, providing better insights into team and location performance.

Improvements: - Ranking logic now uses higher decimal precision to ensure unique positions for units with very similar results. - The condition selector for sub-items in smart lists now wraps to multiple lines, ensuring all checkboxes are visible and clickable.

Fixed some small bugs

New in this release: we've added a fiscal year filter to Analytics and Leaderboard. It automatically covers the period from April 1 to March 31, so teams running a non-calendar fiscal year can now view their numbers on the right timeline without manual date adjustments.

What's new in this release - We've added a search field in Analyze, so you can find and select the KPIs you're looking for faster and with less scrolling. - We've improved the competitions feature — you can now publish and make a competition visible even after it has already started. - We also fixed a bug in the card view where some rows occasionally didn't show up and scrolling wasn't working.

We've added a new option for organization admins: you can now create your own announcements directly in Goalplan. Just head to Administration to get started — you'll find it there if the feature is enabled for your organization.

Smart list validation feedback When something's off in a smart list and you try to save, you'll now see exactly what needs fixing — no more guessing. Seller label fix A bug preventing labels from being applied to sellers has been resolved. This makes building custom target groups smoother and faster. "To-do" home screen card sync The numbers on the "To-do" card on the home screen now match what you see inside the feature itself. Consistency restored.

Bug Fix – Task List Loading We resolved an issue that prevented the task list from loading correctly. Everything should now work as expected.

New in Function Analytics: Flexible Benchmark Comparisons You can now choose how performance is benchmarked in Function Analytics — giving you richer context when evaluating results. Previously, the only available benchmark was the monthly target. You can now compare against: Last month's outcome — see how performance trends over time Same month last year — understand year-over-year progress This makes it easier to spot patterns and put numbers in the right perspective, depending on what question you're trying to answer.
