It's great to have an app that has a mouse halo, zoom, spotlight, and draw capability in one app. Better than cobbling together these features with multiple apps.When it works, its smooth and gets noticed by my audience - just what I want.But like others have noticed, there are some issues. The shortcuts stop working after a time and require a restart of the app. Inconvenient; especially a problem if it happens in the middle of a presentation.

I really love this, when it works. I am likely doing something wrong or have conflicting shortcuts, but my zoom isn't working anymore. My spotlight was working this morning, now it isn't. Yesterday the halo wasn't working and today it is. I changed the settings to do custom shortcuts and now I can't change it back, and I think that is when things went wonky. I can't go to get any support because the website is down. So 5 stars when it works, but 1 star for support and consistency. It is probably something on my end but without any help, I have no idea how to fix it and I can't count on it when I am doing demos.

Being able to change the sounds for the mouse click is a game changer for both presentation clarity (especially when filing for SOPs) and for personal focus-management. The highlighting feature and zoom features are simple to use and make keeping the focus of others way easier when filming instructional videos or presenting information in complex dashboards or other crowded screen setups. Highly recommend this app. It’s got so many great features and had been a huge help.

Pro Mouse is AWESOME and enables me to present ANYTHING on Zoom/WebEx/GMeet Video Conference Calls with better Impact and Professionalism. The ZOOM, Drawing and SPOTLIGHT combination of effects is EASY to assign shortcut hotkeys to, tailored to how I like to roll and is a Dream to use. People LOVE it. It's "just enough" to make whatever I'm talking about special and keep people's attention focused on the points I'm trying to make. People ask me "What is that?!?!" and "How do you do that?!?!" - I tell them Pro Mouse Rocks, cause it just does!!! SIMPLE, ELEGANT, EFFICIENT, and it "Just Works" Really Well! This update fixes the welcome tour on macOS 26, which could cover the screen with a large circle and would not close, and stops arrow drawing from quitting Pro Mouse. Zoom now works with Mouse Halo turned off and lands on the cursor from the first frame, a drawing in progress stays on screen while you pause, and the overlays follow the right display when you add, remove or mirror a screen or close the lid. As always, this update also includes bug fixes and improvements.
