The worst customer experience in the world

I don’t know if this is just my experience or if it is universal. My cash out request has been held in place for over a month. When I asked, the account was flagged as requiring additional information and documents. Ziina has been asking for the documents that I have been providing again and again without telling me or explaining what is lacking in my response. And instead of my money being released, you are asking for the same documents without providing what was lacking in the documents I submitted. I have tried contacting the customer service and an Elena responded to me after days and only respond in days interval without solving the problem. The WhatsApp number is also significantly unresponsive (no response for over 14 days). I have asked for someone from compliance to explain what they need to me or otherwise, cancel the cash out and leave my money where it is all to no avail. My fund has been held by this app for over a month now. This is a horrible customer experience. I hope someone can get back to me as soon as possible.
