Ordering a homemade meal has never been easier. Here's how to do it:
- Open the app and tell us your location
- The app uses your location to tell you which meals are available around you
- You can then choose from the meals available at lunchtime in preorder
- Arrange with your chef to pick up your dish or choose delivery for CHF 3.- more
- You can pay by credit card with our partner Stripe
- After enjoying your meal, you will receive an email receipt with the details of your transaction. You can also rate your chef and give us your feedback to help us improve the Neia experience.
