Description
The Fastrack Reflex World application is the ideal companion App for your Fastrack Reflex Smart wearable devices. To utilize all of the Fastrack Reflex World app's features, download it to your smartphone, then pair it with any Bluetooth-enabled smart wearables.
Use the Fastrack Reflex World application to set up and manage the following features:
- connect/disconnect with Fastrack Smartwatch
- Software /Firmware updates
- Personalise your settings
- Data like as steps, sleep, heart rate and skin temperature can be synced and accessed. Please take note that these recordings are only meant to be used for reference and not for therapeutic reasons. Before making a decision, please speak with a medical professional.
- Find my Watch
- Sync your smartwatch data (Steps, Sleep, Heart Rate etc) with Apple Health
- The Fastrack Reflex World application's settings and functionalities are only accessible when your wearable device is connected to your mobile device. Without a strong connection between your wearable gadget and your mobile device, features won't operate as intended.
- HEALTH APP INTEGRATION: This app integrates with the Health app.

Data doesn’t update in app
Data is not captured in app even after manual sync. Multisport data update takes6 hrs to reflect in the app. And sometimes the watch doesn’t even capture heart rate during exercise . With name like Tata associated with Titan and Fastrack, I was expecting better app .
Issue accessing app with American phone number
I’m unable to access the app with my American phone number. I have tried multiple times and with different phone numbers, but I am still getting the message that something went wrong, the number doesn’t exist, or that it is a forbidden task. I have a valid phone number, so it should be working as when I first got my fastrack reflex watch, the app connected smoothly. I have had it for only 7 or 8 months, making it fairly new. I deleted the app because the watch band broke, so I had to wait for a new one. Once I re-downloaded the app, I could not go back into the app or my old account. I would appreciate some help and advice on what to do. I am willing to change this review if I get some help. Thank you!
App is full of bugs
The tracking data don’t sync with watch properly. Specially the “Sleep” data.
The Custom Watchface feature doesn’t work at all. After 99% shows sync failed.
Using it with iOS phone is a nightmare.
Overall, the app is more struggling than it should be.
