Covid SafePass is a powerful tool for safely storing your COVID-19 test results - Covid-19 test passport*. It helps you stay organized and get back to life safer. It can also help locate testing sites near you and offers the option of a telemedicine visit.
How it Works
The SafePass app is to be used as a Covid-19 test passport*. It is a secure, private and trusted app that uses Blockchain Technology. After you get tested you can upload your test result into the SafePass application securely.
Telemedicine for Covid
Medical professionals are available through SafePass giving you the ability to have your questions answered through telemedicine. Medical providers can also help identify COVID-19 testing locations and help you acquire tests for personal use.

SafePass can be done anonymously or publicly but either way your data is protected through Blockchain, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality and accuracy.
* A Covid-19 test passport is a digital or paper document showing the bearers results for a Covid-19 test that was recently taken.
- Design Change: Our previous version of the Covid SafePass App was not reviewed or authorized and went beyond the limitations outlined in the regulations and guidance for medical device software.
- Design Change: The self-assessment questionnaire that was previously available on the SafePass app has been removed. Please refer to the CDC website for their self-assessment survey.
- All users must either update to the new SafePass App version or delete the original SafePass App version.
