WHAT IS VENZEO™?
Venzeo™ is a photo and video documentation app for organizations and contractors. Employees, inspectors, and invited customers use it to complete structured field reports: finished work, site inspections, and insurance or bank verification requests sent by SMS.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Open a secure SMS link, enter an activation code, or scan a Venzeo™ QR code
2. The app activates on your device — no account to create
3. Follow the guided task: take photos or video, add notes, sign if asked
4. The report uploads with certified location, time, and capture metadata
Typical guided reports take under 10 seconds; a remote inspection usually takes under 3 minutes.
