Fixes the issue where Najaf London was crashing. The najaf london times are stored in the cache so no need to make an internet call. Add text to top of screen stating if Najaf London or Coordinates are used White background for the current namaz time Centered the time at the top so help key is on left hand side now

Issue: when the location is Other and you go to another location, new coordinates are not calculated as it says its got them from the cache. Need to calculate new location in case the person has moved somewhere else. Tidied up the settings area for Azaan and location.

Fix when new install caused the app to freeze
