How it works: Logging an Expense: As usual, go to the Expenses section to add a new cost item (e.g., materials, lab fees, specialized equipment). From the Procedure View: Open any procedure, and you will see a new button: "Associated Expenses." Expenses are now permanently attached to that procedure's record.
