Time2 function
Jun 30
Euroboy23
After pastes update to app and watch firmware Time 2 function doesn’t work. I have it set Time 1 to local time and time 2 to Warsaw time zone selected in app and the watch shows Time 2 as custom not Warsaw. No matter what I do within the app the time 1 and time 2 functions, selecting it or swaping between doesn’t work watch does not recognise it. It worked before. Very disappointing.

Words R all I have 2 play with
I’ve owned the Tissot Touch since its release of the Generation 1 over 30 years ago, before smartphones or watches. Tissot has always been a reliable name in my collection. The Gen. 2 T-Touch Solar was my favorite, but it was plagued with an LCD display that was too costly for repair, and a defective wrist band that peeled, and was made with Velcro. I then purchased the T-Connect Solar, ignoring the Connect part. I was disappointed initially upon its arrival, and has taken some time getting used to. However, If you like smart devices, the T-Connect Solar is a perfect match. I still own all three working watches. T-Touch Solar Gen 2 is still my favorite though the LCD display is useless, and the wrist band is disintegrating. Yet I love wearing my T-Connect Solar. It’s a very reliable, attractive, and, technologically advanced timepiece.

After the irritation….

I was ready to sell the watch since I was having no luck with syncing and I was growing tired of the will it/won’t it connect to the app. The latest update and firmware seem to have ended my previous issues and all is well till the next major update. Kudos to Tissot for keeping on top of the app, unlike their Swatch cousin, Longines, who have not updated the VHP app since they ended that line. I am sure there will come a day when the app no longer is available, and I’ve hope that day doesn’t come. It’s a lovely app with ease of use functionality and I’m sure many VHP owners are out there would also hope it stays.

Good, except Apple Health integration

I just got my watch and downloaded this app to set it up. What attracted me most to this watch was (based on the Tissot Connected app description) that it can sync with Apple Health. However, every time I attempt to connect the app to Apple Health, it crashes. The Apple Health App also does not recognize the Tissot Connected app as a compatible app. This was the major decision-maker for me when purchasing the watch and I hope that Tissot fixes this issue soon. Otherwise, everything has been great so far! I would have given this app a 5 star rating if integration with Apple Health worked successfully!
