Bug fixes and NAS performance enhancements

Bug fixes for Short List and iPad Split View primary window sizing issue

Aside from several bug fixes, this version has the following big updates • Added a prompt to confirm that the user really does want to delete a bottle from inventory instead of moving it to history • Upgraded the Storage Component view to sort the component’s bottles the same way that is currently used to sort the bottles in inventory. • The last tasting note is now removed from bottles returned to inventory. • Due the fact that some NAS drives are slower to wake up and respond that others, we now put a badge on the app if we are unable to initiate/complete an update to that device. The badge is a reminder to reopen and then close the app to allow the process to complete properly. • If we are unable to see your remote device when the app is brought up, we now give you the option of re-trying. • We now give you the option of checking for missing images on your NAS drive • The order that Storage Systems are displayed in the Storage Map now can be specified in Settings • Tasting Notes have been removed from the table cells and is available from the options menu presented when a cell is selected. • Due to the numerous unresolved issues we had with iCloud, we have dropped support for that storage option.

• This is a major update with many new features and bug fixes • The user must supply a device name when using iCloud or NAS which is used to keep track of who last updated the database and who currently has it locked • Before downloading the database from iCloud or NAS we verify that all files are present • Images are no longer saved in two sizes, instead the thumbnail image used for populating cells is extracted from the full-sized image. • When using iCloud or NAS storage, updates can now be made when the storage device is not available. Any changes made while offline will be uploaded the next time the device connects to the storage device. A warning is displayed to notify the user of this capability and the problems it can create. • Made sorting options persistent • On the History & Inventory tabs we will display section indexes for sorts that start with country, region, varietal, vineyard or vintner • Re-built the interface to iCloud, NAS and image handling to use common code that is shared across all our apps • Made the Inspect image view controller over full screen on the iPad • Quieted down the logging when going into background • Added the ability to detect when an update to your remote device does not complete properly and gave the user the ability to repair it • Prevented the user from selecting “Stay Offline” when the database is being downloaded to the device from external storage

Added component varietals . Fixed bug that accidentally deleted images when moved to inventory . Added the ability to sync images with the NAS/Cloud when not stored on the device .

Added and data in the title and indicators at the bottom of each section header to specify the percent of bottles in each section of the total number of bottles in the table or the total cost of the bottles in the table. Fixed a few minor bugs and added descriptions for some of the bar buttons as well as text emphasizing that CSV files can only be imported from devices that are visible on the local network.

Modified section headers in Receiving, Inventory and History to include a progress indicator that shows the relative percentage of bottles in the first sort parameter.
