After the update September 2025, I had to set up all my text notifications again. I set up alerts for automatic deposits; withdrawals (since done bills are automatically paid); transactions so I’d know when checks cleared; & bill payments. Texts came, sometimes duplicates, bug at least o was getting them. Late November I realized I was no longer getting alerts. I’ve called Unity One a couple times. First time I was told the person turned alerts off & back on. Still didn’t get them. I’ve gone in, deleted the alerts & reset them all a couple times. I still don’t get them. Today I called - spoke to a rude person who apparently doesn’t know when you work in customer service - patience is key! I’m the customer & am frustrated & her snotty shortness didn’t help. She said she’d write a ticket for IT. I asked when I might hear back & she repeated she’d contact IT. I said I didn’t appreciate her snotty attitude — and she hung up on me!!?!She did call back later, saying It checked & they are sending texts. I should shut off my iPhone, check that I have messages allowed. “It’s a problem on my phone”. What the heck?! I did do those things, but highly doubt I’ll start getting text alerts again. This upgrade has been nothing but headaches. I’ve been a Unity One customer since 1977 and am seriously thinking of changing banks!

Log in screen deletes Face ID feature often. This is the main part that is glitchy. Super annoying but otherwise app works well.

Every time I try to use this App on my iPad I have to delete and reacquire for the App store. It loads in portrait mode, the keyboard comes up in landscape mode making entering userid and password very difficult. Once logged in the camera doesn’t work as it is still in portrait mode, very small image and won’t sink on image.

Been using for 6yrs, has some downs. But what things don’t. Still a great way to bank. Very low budget friendly
