You can also customize the predefined trainings or create your own trainings according to your specific needs.
You can configure your reaction training as a normal interval based training, allowing you to configure the active and pause time for each round. You can also configure the interval timer to have multiple cycles allowing you to define different active and pause times for each cycle. For each cycle you are able to configure different reaction actions using Colours, Sounds, Arrows, Numbers, Letters, Images etc.
