I was appreciative that Mariner Finance came through with my first loan. I was going through a rough patch and needed to get a loan. I was greeted with a friendly smile & awesome customer service which removed any tension I had. Everything I said was taken into consideration. The loan officer said I was approved and asked if I needed more money. No thank you, but I will keep it in mind. I paid off my loan within the designated time and the amount.As time went by, I needed a loan. Mariner came through for me once again. I had no problems getting approved for a second loan with Mariner Finance. Communication is a pleasure, they were always very cordial & understanding of my needs in getting a loan. I was grateful that Mariner is a respectful company who values their customers and knows when not to cocerse their customers and lets us know that they’re always there to help. I’m done paying my loan and I have no doubt if ever I need their help, they’ll be there to help me out with a third loan.

This iPhone app is the best I’ve ever used and I’ve got an app for everything so that says a lot. They really set this one up nice, making it so easy to navigate and find what you’re looking for whether it’s to add a card or bank account, check your balance or next payment due date or take it off of automatic payment and put it back on at a later date. The interface is well spaced so you can easily see everything. I am a co-signer on this loan for my son and I’ve co-signed for him on a loan with a different company and have no access within the app as the co-signer, however they don’t mind taking the money from my account every two weeks! This app gives me the same access as my son has. That’s the way it should be.In addition, the app performs flawlessly. I’ve never encountered an error and the Face ID even works if you are laying down! I don’t usually write reviews because most apps are acceptable or less than, but I just had to give them props where props are due. This one is a gem! P.S. We are extremely pleased with the ease of the loan process as well and their customer service is top-notch!

In terms of personal loans: As long as you understand that financial loans are going to come with a high & burdensome Interest rate which of course will set you back substantially in the long haul- then mariner finance is legit for those purposes, in that they exceed expectations by funding quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, the branch representatives are professional, knowledgeable, and truly care enough to make you feel like you’re in the rite place. The app is a little bit quirky and feels like it was created through a free website hosting platform like wix but it works. Just has some bugs and randomly closes you out form time to time. Call the branch! Easier and faster anyways.

As an owner of a small business, my customers are very often looking for financing and I have no interest in dealing with the multiple loans that would occur. I looked into several options and Mariner was easily the best decision. I’ve used them for over a year now and every customer has expressed to me how easy it was to apply and sign the contract once we agreed upon terms. They also make it easy on my end to see which customer’s are approved, for what amount, and where we are in the process.
