Location issue

I really enjoy OwnersBox so far. I had a nice payday for week 1 of the NFL season. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the app not recognizing my proper location resulting in issues with completing the walkthrough, although I have already deposited funds and entered contests. I was told the app is seeing my location as PA when I’m in OH. So confused! I was also told that I should contact my ISP for a different IP address.. Issue with that is that I already use other platforms; FanDuel, DraftKings and SuperDraft, so my ISP isn’t the issue. Not to mention I have been in two separate locations and tried using my cellular data. Just not sure what to do and I’m hoping this doesn’t affect me being able to withdraw my winnings if/ when that time comes.

I really enjoy OwnersBox so far. I had a nice payday for week 1 of the NFL season. I am new to OwnersBox and I will say that it definitely stands out from the rest of the crowd. I’m loving the tournament style bracket format of the contests (NFL, NBA and NHL). I also appreciate the bonus that I received upon joining. “OwnersBucks” is a nifty little feature. However, while the layout is sleek, it is also difficult to navigate. I’ve discovered back arrow buttons that don’t work and under the contest filter section, the numbers cut off at the bottom without being able to scroll up or down. I am new to OwnersBox and I will say that it definitely stands out from the rest of the crowd. I’m loving the tournament style bracket format of the contests (NFL, NBA and NHL). Great app at first, going down the drain quick

When this app came out, it was a breath of fresh air. Good payout structures, a sort of “cash back” incentive program, and lots of promos and prop discounts as well. There was a promo every Tuesday where you could play $25 to get a $10 play ticket back, a discounted prop promo on Wednesdays, and a Sweat-Free Friday promo as well. As time has gone on, they have fazed out literally all of those previous promos, and added a 4-pick minimum to all discounted props as well. The worst part about this is that they refuse to acknowledge any of the changes that the user base so vehemently disagrees with. They just continue posting their dumb little engagement bait videos on Twitter. All signs of a failing DFS app, and I would be shocked to see it make it to summer 2026. I certainly don’t see myself depositing any more into this app, if/when I run out of bankroll on here, I’m gone.

All these reviews are complaining about owners bucks. This is a very solid Fantasy platform I’ve been using for years.What site do you play on that has good rewards? DK and FD are 🗑️. OB actually listens to feedback and takes care of their customers. I’ve enjoyed playing on OB from the early days to preset.Now, yes they did have better rewards in the earlier days as some have suggested. Deposit $25. Get a free $10 ticket. Those are things they should absolutely bring back. But if you’re gonna complain and give a company, a one star review because of their reward system (owners bucks). Well that’s just lame.If owners box reads this. My two suggestions will be bring back a deposit match of some sort. Deposit $20 get $10. my other suggestion would be add some other contests on NFL Sunday’s. Let’s get a .25 .50 $1 contest back in the works. It may not bring in much, but it brings customers back every Sunday. We’re more likely to deposit.
