iSmoke helps you quit smoking your way — taper down on a personalized schedule, quit cold turkey on a date you choose, or hold steady at a daily limit while you get ready. Log a cigarette in one tap and everything else follows: your streak, the money you're keeping, and a health-recovery timeline that update on their own.
CHOOSE YOUR PATH
• Taper — a step-down schedule to your quit date, built from your own smoking pattern, not a generic one.
• Cold turkey — pick a date, stop entirely from there.
• Maintain — track a steady daily limit, no quit date required.
Research on smoking cessation finds gradual and abrupt approaches can both work — there's no one right way to quit. iSmoke lets you pick the path that fits your life, then keeps the plan honest by recalculating around what you actually log, not what you originally planned.
KNOW WHEN YOUR NEXT ONE IS DUE
Most quit apps count up from your last cigarette. iSmoke counts down to your next one — "next window in 3h 18m" — so a craving has an answer that's a wait, not a flat no. One tap logs a cigarette; undo it or backdate one you forgot.
FIVE THINGS TO DO INSTEAD
• A three-minute countdown that asks if you want longer instead of announcing the craving is over
• Guided 4-7-8 breathing with haptic cues
• An urge-surfing script that scrolls itself, so you can just read
• Your own activities — the things you already do — sized to the time you have and ranked by what has actually got you through a craving before
• A quick memory game for a meeting, a queue or a passenger seat
An AI coach is one tap from any of them, and already knows your plan, so there's nothing to explain.
WATCH THE MONEY TURN INTO SOMETHING REAL
Every cigarette you don't smoke banks its price. Name what you're saving toward — a guitar, a trip, new headphones — and watch the bar fill instead of staring at an abstract number.
PROGRESS A BAD DAY CAN'T UNDO
Two counters run side by side: a streak that can restart, and a permanent record of smoke-free days, money banked and cigarettes avoided that nothing takes back. Sixty awards across all three. Levels earned for coping — logging, breathing, riding a craving out — never for abstinence, so a hard day still moves you forward.
SEE THE PATTERN BEHIND THE HABIT
When you smoke most, by hour and by weekday. Your median gap between cigarettes, your longest smoke-free stretch on record, and how long you last after waking.
NO SHAME, EVER
A slip is not a failure, and iSmoke never wipes your progress over one cigarette. Your streak can recover; the money you've saved and the days you've been smoke-free never disappear.
QUITLINE SUPPORT
iSmoke looks up the quitline for the country your phone is in and keeps the number one tap away in Settings — a trained human on the end of a line, for the days an app isn't the right tool.
iSmoke does not diagnose or treat any medical condition. If you're considering nicotine replacement therapy or have questions about withdrawal, talk to a doctor or pharmacist — the NRT information in iSmoke is educational, not medical advice.

Ratings & Reviews
This app’s overall rating was recently reset.
A warmer, calmer look throughout. The flat white screens are gone: Today now has a background that shifts gently while you use it, cards lift off the page, and the tab bar floats over your content.
Also in this update:
• "What's going on?" now appears as its own card near the top of Today after you log a cigarette, instead of below the fold where most people never saw it. Noting a trigger or how strong the urge was is still entirely optional, and skipping it is a normal thing to do.
• Every chart on Stats sits on its own card, which makes them far easier to read — especially in dark mode.
• Smaller fixes and polish throughout.
