HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a shop and configure your queue tags
2. Write queue numbers to NFC tags with your iPhone
3. Hand tags to customers when they place an order
4. Scan tags to mark orders as prepared or completed
5. Customers check their status on your shop's display or by tapping their NFC tag with their phone
NFC TAG MANAGEMENT
Write, read, and manage NFC tags directly from your iPhone. Each tag stores a queue number and tracks its state: idle, prepared, or completed. Reset tags at the end of the day or let the app auto-reset on your schedule.
REAL-TIME QUEUE TRACKING
See all your active queue numbers at a glance. Tags are color-coded by state so you always know what needs attention. Complete orders with a single scan — no typing, no mistakes.
SHOP DISPLAY CUSTOMIZATION
Customize how your queue numbers appear on customer-facing displays. Choose color designs, set marquee text, configure layout types, and add your shop's branding. Separate settings for normal and preparing modes.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
Invite team members to your organization with role-based permissions. Admins, senior managers, junior managers, senior members, and junior members each have appropriate access levels. Control who can scan tags, manage settings, write to tags, or view data.
