This app has so many issues and urgently needs to be updated; give me the option to always view in HD I have unlimited data; why does viewing stop every ten minutes let me disable this; why does it take so long to load the cameras when both phone and camera system have a stable fast connection.

When you enable push notifications they randomly stop working. You’ll receive the notifications for a couple of hours and then nothing. You have to constantly turn off and turn on the notifications again for them to work. If there’s motion dictation and you get a notification and click on it it takes forever for the app to open. It’ll take you to the live feed and show at the bottom why you got a notification but it doesn’t let you click on that video. You have to exit the live feed and go to the events section. They also never respond to you. I messaged costumer service 2-3 weeks ago and they still haven’t answered back. When you click on the message it says to be patient.

I love the cameras. However your app constantly gets stuck. Everytime I try to set up camera settings the app freezes. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it 10 times and it still doesn't let me change the settings. Please fix asap!!

The app works amazingly well. We had our for years. Such clear videos and the playback comes in such handy
