The screens in the App Store don’t even match the current app. You can’t update your profile or add organizations. And you can’t upload your vaccination card. This is not even remotely useful. No chat tech support. Ever heard of Intercom??? Emailed support and still waiting for a reply. If you are an event organizer, pass on this and find something better for your attendees.

Needs an update to alleviate “test mode alert” message that has been a constant annoyance recently. Also, as an admin for a sports team, having the dashboard available on the app vs web browser would be extremely helpful.

My workplace wants me to use this app to upload my vaccination information for Covid 19 I can’t even get past the sign up process!! Who designed this monkeys??? Lol, seriously though ya need to work on the app and have some form of tech support available at all times

Not able to sign in. Does not even give option to set up account. Does not recognize email for APA meeting.
This update improves the usability and analytics of Care Plans and the interventions within. Quickly see a summary of a child’s care plan and know what needs attention next. It also improves date handling, support diagnostics while laying the groundwork for our next major release.
