Great Idea, Bad Execution
I love the idea of being able to find climbing partners easily, but the app has two major flaws: very few users and buggy notification. I can never respond to climbers messages on time because I do not get message notifications. Hopefully the developer puts more effort on marketing and quality assurance.
Broken notifications and stale user base
I’ve been waiting for someone to capitalize on the growing popularity of climbing to create a niche social network like this, but whoever is behind this app did a poor job. As others have pointed out, getting notified when someone sends you a request to climb - perhaps THE most important functionality - doesn’t work. After a couple weeks I logged on to see if anyone has responded or reached out to find that I got a couple messages a week ago. I responded and never heard back, probably for the same reason.
