This mobile app is designed for Resolver customers using our Incident Management solution.
It can be used with or without internet access making capturing complete and accurate data more accessible. You will not only know how, what, where and when - you’ll understand why.
Resolver is an end-to-end solution for capturing, responding to, reporting on, and investigating incidents. It helps you understand what’s happening and why, so that you can manage resources, minimize impact and prevent incidents.
Main Features:
• A simple form to quickly and effectively log incidents
• Accessible with or without internet access.
• Once connected to the internet, the incident will be automatically be logged.
To ensure Resolver works at its full capacity, it requires access to your device’s:
• Location while using the app to access GPS coordinates
• Camera access to take photos
• Photo library to upload images
