The HotelWare Guest Mobile Services app by TheovaUHS seamlessly connects with HotelWare PMS. The app allows a guest to review the booking and register all the needed personal information. Provided the guest has agreed to the terms & conditions and GDPR requirements, a contactless check-in can be performed on the arrival date. Push notifications will alert the guest for the room availability for check-in.
During the stay, the room account can be reviewed at any time and payments can be performed through a secure channel.
On the departure day the guest can pay any outstanding balance and check out from the room. An electronic invoice will be emailed to the given email address.
All the above events happen in real time and are immediately available in Hotelware PMS front office.
