Very resourceful and easy to use / comprehend!

Trip Organization, Convenient
I recently used this app for my tour across Europe and it was a relief to have a place to reference what each day had in store. Over-all it was extremely organized and is very well done. When you have selected your tour, the app then is able to track what day you’re on. When being exhausted and constantly busy it’s necessary and a big relief to have something that does the work for you. I personally very much liked the little color coded icons, they give you an idea of the day without fully looking at it. I also really appreciated the free time suggestions, which also happen to have facts about each country we were visiting. You can tell overall that a lot of time, energy and effort went into making this extremely well made app :) Travel companies should really look into it

Concerned Therapist
I used this app for a trip across Europe and it was super easy to use and really appreciated the offline mode for when internet was not available in some places. All the features really kept everything relevant to our trip in one place and put me at ease during a really fast paced trip in lots of foreign places. It kept us organized and safe with information and addresses all in one spot whenever needed. Loved it and would recommend it highly to anyone looking to plan or go on a trip wanting to alleviate some stress so you can really enjoy yourself on the trip!

This app has been a godsend on our trip around the world. Our tour director has been using it to help keep us updated on daily events and travel plans as we travel from Peru, through Europe, Kenya, Thailand, Australia and Dubai! I have no complaints whatsoever with it and it makes it so easy to plan my own activities around the group ones. It’s also perfect to remind me of all the fun times we have had and for keeping family and friends at home in the loop with where I am and what I am up too every day! Cannot recommend more! Everyone should use this app!

I’ve traveled with a company called EF Ultimate Break multiple times and this last trip I just finished was the first one where our TD used Planafy. It made such a difference in the organization and smoothness of the trip. The other TD’s I’ve had would just text us the itinerary the next day over WhatsApp, but this app allows you to see every day planned out down to the times and meeting locations. Highly recommend for TD’s to use this and I’ve submitted on my review to EF to pay for the TD’s accounts because our TD had to pay out of pocket.
