แอปพลิเคชัน "โปรเช็ค" เป็นโปรแกรมประยุกต์ที่สำนักงาน กสทช. พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้บริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่และบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงประจำที่เข้าถึงข้อมูลรายการส่งเสริมการขายจากผู้ให้บริการที่เสนอขายในท้องตลาดได้อย่างครบถ้วน เพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้รายการส่งเสริมการขายที่เหมาะสมกับพฤติกรรมการใช้งาน ผ่านแอปพลิเคชันบนโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ หรือเว็บแอปพลิเคชัน ฟังก์ชันหลักการใช้งาน ประกอบด้วย ได้แก่
"ค้นหา" สามารถค้นหารายการส่งเสริมการขายได้ตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้บริการ โดยจำแนกเป็นบริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ และบริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงประจำที่
"แสดงรายการส่งเสริมการขายที่สืบค้น" จะแสดงรายการส่งเสริมการขายที่ผู้ให้บริการเสนอขายล่าสุดที่เป็นปัจจุบัน
"รายการโปรด" สามารถเลือกรายการเสริมส่งเสริมการขายที่ชื่นชอบไว้เป็นรายการโปรดเพื่อประกอบการตัดสินใจในการเลือกซื้อรายการส่งเสริมการขาย
"เปลี่ยนรายการส่งเสริมการขายด้วยหมายเลข USSD" สามารถเปลี่ยนรายการส่งเสริมการขายได้เฉพาะบริการโทรศัพท์เคลื่อนที่ภายในเครือข่ายของผู้ให้บริการเดิมและไม่ได้ติดสัญญาพิเศษอื่น
