I used the rental company for several months. I decided to end the rental. I didn’t have time for drop off so I let them come get it. Then I returned the key to the office, and there is STILL a $300 key charge, after returning the key plus several calls. Yesterday, I called again and they even hung up on me. They also didn’t take the $250 deposit off my bill. I planned to pay, but NOT that much of an overcharge. I could debate some of the other charges, but those are the main TWO that NEED adjustment. I have been reaching out for months. Now decided to write a review. They deserve less than 2 stars, but I rented the car willingly for $400/week for a few months.

This company is the worst for renting for rideshare. They charge you a hefty deposit and first week up front then immediately charge you the following Monday even if you picked up the car on a Thursday or Friday. They cut the car off as soon as you're late. They call and threaten you. They're Indian employees are associated with scammers so you start to get calls and text for scams like express lane tolls, and tickets that could affect your license and they seem to happen when you use a toll road. Don't make the mistake of renting from them, go with avis, or one of the others that won't cut your car off because you're a day late and a dollar short, and buy a car even at $700 a month it's cheaper than the $1600-$1800 you will give them for a basic level Chevy Malibu.

The new update on the app it kool however if your making a particular payment when you type it on the keyboard a number then the keyboard doesn’t go away so you can confirm the payment so I had to call the customer service number to make a payment please fix this on the app please

This app is practically useless, the only thing it really does is show you the money the Buggy car rental company takes from you every week. If you need any kind of customer service you are out of luck. The “contact us” feature does nothing, and if you do get lucky enough to make a phone call to a live person, you end up calling a call center in India where all they do is tell you they will call you back. And they refuse to give you a phone number for the local cities Buggy office. In fact, there is absolutely no information whatsoever on the app related to the Buggy office in your local city. You should avoid this company and it’s worthless app.
