I’m starting my second round of 54D. The physical strength and looking fit again at age 64 is beautiful but this training is going deep. The commitment to show up everyday and be supported by the guys and my coach gives me confidence that the same support exists in everything I commit to. I am now looking to others as my Team in my work, family and community. I didn’t realize how much I’d shut down in this area. The friendship and history the guys share has inspired me to celebrate the same in my life. The stories and laughter get us through. 54D is a training and a demonstration of relationship. My relationship is with my body, my mind and this Soul that seeks to be all that it’s here to be. Im grateful to the 54D family for all your hard work so that we can show up and day by day, put in the hard work too.

I started with 54D and by the way, I am in the beat shape of my life at 53! - this app really has it all, you can communicate with your team and trainer in messages. You can have private messages, see your daily workouts nutrition etc.. I love that I track my Fitbit info and I can share that with my trainer. I love the fact that you are accountable for each daily workout and it makes you more responsible. App is the best I have had (I used others and won’t mention names) but the fact that you have to be accountable is excellent. This app keeps your progress and you will loose weight get in shape and manage all info on 1 app. Love it!
